Well, Bradley...sorry it has taken me awhile to answer. I've been to Alabama and back! Hank is doing pretty good. He is HOT and lazy mostly, laying around trying to keep cool. He's been coming inside for awhile now since it has been over 100 outside. Jeffrey isn't moving out and getting a dog because he needs to find work...to pay for a place and a dog! You probably aren't watching the news, Bradley, but jobs are hard to find for people in their 20's right now. He is doing some work, but he is looking for a bigger job. He wants to move out and get a dog really bad, but houses and dogs cost money. And about your third question, keeping Benjamin? I'm sure you miss Benjamin alot Bradley and you probably wonder why you can't see him. It probably looks to you like Benjamin could have just moved into one of these other houses you've been to, but it isn't just that easy. There are things you don't know about because you're a dog. ReplyDeletea good home for a dog, like you have, is where the people have time for you, they have money to buy everything you need, and they have enough room for you to have a good life. If they don't have all that, well it isn't fair to a dog to not give them the best life they deserve. So, with Benjamin, he needed all that and probably more. He probably needed some special help with training and with getting healthy. None of these other houses in our family had the right situation in their family for him. He was a cute dog and I'll bet someone perfect for him found him. You and Collin gave him a good head start on that and ya'll are his heroes for rescuing him and showing him some good times and some love. Good questions, glad you asked. Hank has asked about you by the way. I didn't tell him about you breaking out of your yard, since I don't want him to get any ideas. He has lived a long time without opening the gate, which only needs a slight nudge to open! Don't tell him!
